Adesola K. Adegbesan is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Philadelphia office. She concentrates her practice on defending corporate clients in matters concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. She advises and counsels employers on workplace policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws as well as supports litigation matters defending allegations of disparate and, or, hostile work treatment and environments, discrimination, and retaliation. In her engagements, she leverages additional litigation skills and experience she has amassed through handling products liability matters involving personal injury.



  • Drafts, reviews, and negotiates various employment contracts and documents, including employment agreements, workplace and vendor codes of conduct, employee handbooks, severance packages, and settlement agreements.
  • Assisted in the defense of one of the largest top 10 U.S. motorcycle manufacturers in various national breach of warranty suits, including independent management of repair investigations and analysis of inspection results.°
  • Assisted in the defense of major hospitals and medical practitioners across New Jersey in multiple malpractice suits, including handling depositions, managing immense discovery, and developing unique defenses for claims.°
