Adesola K. Adegbesan represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment and litigation matters across different industries. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law, where she handles investigations and participates in proceedings before the EEOC involving claims of retaliation, discrimination, and harassment; advises and counsels employers on a variety of issues, including employee handbooks and general compliance across multiple states; and reviews and advises on employment policies and agreements.

Adesola also brings relevant experience from her time serving as Assistant General Counsel for the largest regulated utility company in the United States by customer count, and has practiced in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
