Adesola K. Adegbesan represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment and litigation matters across different industries. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law, where she handles investigations and participates in proceedings before the EEOC involving claims of retaliation, discrimination, and harassment; advises and counsels employers on a variety of issues, including employee handbooks and general compliance across multiple states; and reviews and advises on employment policies and agreements.
Adesola also brings relevant experience from her time serving as Assistant General Counsel for the largest regulated utility company in the United States by customer count, and has practiced in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While in-house, Adesola handled administrative and legal proceedings in the regulatory energy sector, helping internal clients navigate compliance and business risks. She also advised executive leadership and internal stakeholders on regulatory matters and business investigations.

- Drafted, reviewed, and revised various employment agreements and documents, including workplace and vendor codes of conduct, employee handbooks, severance packages, and settlement agreements.
- Represented a major public utility company before Pennsylvania regulatory agency by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks to accomplish the company’s business objectives.°
- Defended one of the largest top 10 U.S. motorcycle manufacturers in various national breach of warranty suits, including independent management of repair investigations and analysis of inspection results.°
- Defended all major hospitals and medical practitioners across New Jersey in multiple malpractice suits, including handling depositions, managing immense discovery, and developing unique defenses for claims.°
