Layal Bishara practices commercial civil litigation, with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes and trust and estate disputes. Layal also has wide-ranging experience with business disputes, real estate litigation, and financial services litigation. Layal works with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business and interests, and applies that understanding to develop and implement legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique objectives. Layal is experienced in managing cases at virtually every stage of litigation, including discovery, drafting and arguing substantive and procedural motions, and preparing for and participating in trial. Her litigation experience extends to both state and federal courts. Layal also regularly volunteers her time for pro bono matters.
