Layal Bishara is an associate in the firm’s litigation department representing individual and commercial clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts. Layal focuses her practice on real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, trust and estate litigation, and general litigation matters. Layal handles virtually every phase of litigation, including research, discovery, the drafting and argument of substantive and procedural motions, and preparing for trial. Layal also regularly volunteers her time for pro bono matters.
