Carlos L. Diaz

Carlos L. Diaz focuses his practice on land use, zoning, historic preservation, procurement and administrative law. Mr. Diaz has experience in various local land development matters including zoning applications, historic preservation approvals, special area plans (SAPs), transfer of development rights (TDRs), mitigation of impact fees and various other development approvals. Carlos’s work also includes code enforcement and unsafe structures defense. At the state level, Carlos has experience with petitions for declaratory statements and obtaining accessibility waivers from the Florida Building Commission.
