- Advised shareholders and corporations regarding structuring the sale, and merger and acquisition of information technology service companies throughout the United States, including both taxable and nontaxable transactions.
- Represented individuals and companies in tax controversy matters involving state tax authorities and the IRS, including representation of clients before the U.S. Tax Court.
- Advised several large closely-held corporations with more than $100 million in revenue and international operations on conversion from C corporation to S corporation status.
