Luca Volpe assists the Labor & Employment team on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment-related litigation, disciplinary proceedings, and day-to-day HR advisory. He contributes to support domestic and international clients in the management of workforce-related issues, providing practical and business-oriented assistance across various aspects of employment law.

His practice focuses on disciplinary proceedings, including the drafting of disciplinary letters and the management of related procedures, as well as on employment contracts and company policies. He is also involved in matters relating to collective bargaining agreements, termination of employment relationships, and employment disputes.

Luca further supports the team in employment litigation and pre-litigation activities, as well as in the labor aspects of corporate transactions and cross-border employment matters.
