An Inequitable Pandemic Panel

The pandemic was an unprecedented national emergency that resulted a host of new policies designed to address the problem. In the process though, employers, businesses, policy makers often failed to anticipate how those policies might disproportionately affect historically disadvantaged communities of color. This panel seeks to discuss those impacts in the key areas of employment, health care, housing, and criminal justice. In doing so, the panel hopes to bring awareness to overseen issue to help mitigate similar disproportionate effects moving forward. Greenberg Traurig's Anthony Guzman II will be moderating the panel and Charles O. Thompson will be one of the speakers.
