The ABA Section of Public Contract Law (PCL) Grant Law Committee's March meeting includes a panel discussion on the pending changes to the Uniform Guidance by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). As the proposed rule changes have been pending for several months, the Grant Law Committee anticipates that the final rule will be released soon, making this panel discussion timely.
