National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) Convention

The 2025 NAFFS Annual Convention, taking place October 23–26, 2025 at The Resort at Longboat Key Club in Florida, brings together leaders from the flavors, food ingredients, and related industries for several days of networking, education, and collaboration. The event features expert speakers from across the sector, including representatives from Wixon, Tastepoint by IFF, Flavorman, Trendincite, Greenberg Traurig, Weiner Law Group, Prodalim, and Florida Polytechnic University, who will share insights on current trends and regulatory, technical, and business developments shaping the industry. Designed for manufacturers, processors, and suppliers of flavor and food ingredients such as colors, sweeteners, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and cocoa, the convention provides a forum for advancing innovation and strengthening professional connections within the industry.
