Jamie Flesch represents real estate owners and developers in commercial real estate transactions. Her practice encompasses a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and the development, financing, and management of commercial real estate assets. She works with clients on transactions ranging from complex tax credit and affordable housing deals to market-rate projects.

In her real estate practice, Jamie drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and loan documents while managing due diligence review processes for retail, office, industrial and multifamily transactions. She counsels clients on commercial contracts during construction processes, including development, renovation, and design. Jamie also advises tax equity investors in solar leasing transactions and on general real estate guidance in renewable energy transactions that generate energy tax credits.

Jamie brings additional value to clients through her background as a litigator. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations, as well as at trial. This litigation experience informs her transactional work, allowing her to anticipate potential issues and craft agreements with the goal of protecting her clients’ interests.
