Her experience spans a range of asset classes, including retail, hospitality, office, multifamily housing, and industrial properties. Jamie’s practice has a strong focus on data center transactions, where she regularly advises developers, owners, and investors on the acquisition, development, and financing of powered land and mission-critical facilities.
Her background in litigation strengthens her transactional work, allowing her to anticipate potential legal challenges and structure agreements with the goal of safeguarding her clients’ interests. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations, as well as at trial.
