Dani French’s practice area includes commercial real estate, energy, and hospitality and tourism sectors with a focus on complex strata development. Her commercial real estate experience includes assisting clients in connection with conveyancing and due diligence related to major property acquisitions and corporate transactions disposals. She also has deep experience advising on multiple large scale commercial leases across Australia and New Zealand. In the energy sector, Dani has worked closely with an Australian clean energy developer on projects concerning land acquisition rights for solar farm developments and BESS facilities, as well an in-house role focused on network asset protection. On the projects side, Dani has assisted in procuring contracts and awards.
