Robert Graham represents private equity firms, independent sponsors, investment and venture capital firms, and privately held companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He works with clients across diverse industries, including financial services, consumer products and retail, food and beverage, transportation and logistics, entertainment and media, technology and manufacturing, providing strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, and other corporate transactions.
Robert’s experience spans a wide range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, minority and majority recapitalizations, joint ventures and strategic alliances, add-on acquisitions, carve-out transactions, and restructurings and distressed M&A. In addition, Robert counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters, helping businesses navigate critical legal and operational challenges.
During law school, he served as Development Editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy and was a member of the American Bar Association Moot Court Team. He also served as a research assistant to Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
