Eddie Magana is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and related general corporate counseling.
Eddie also has broad experience representing public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including initial public offerings, at-the-market programs, and other capital-raising transactions.
