She has experience representing private and public companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases and capital markets transactions. Macy advises clients on a wide variety of securities laws and governance matters, including drafting and reviewing annual, periodic and current reports and proxy statements, compliance with SEC/stock exchange rules and board meeting minutes, as well as with respect to day-to-day operational matters.

- Representation of Ardurra Group, Inc., an engineering and consulting firm and portfolio company of Miami-based private equity firm RTC Partners, in its acquisitions of multiple engineering firms, including Gunda Corporation, Pevida Highway Designers, LLC, 300 Engineering Group, LLC and T-O Engineers, LLC.
