Tinuade Oyewole is a corporate attorney who advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and financing transactions. With experience across emerging and developed markets, her practice spans domestic and cross-border deals in the manufacturing, technology, consumer, and financial services sectors.   • Conducted comprehensive legal due diligence and prepared transaction reports identifying key risks and compliance obligations.°
  • Advised on fund structuring to optimize tax, regulatory, and legal exposure; collaborated with tax, antitrust, and IP teams to execute multifaceted deal structures.°
  • Advised clients on regulatory compliance, including SEC filings and Central Bank requirements.°
  • Researched and drafted memoranda on various issues of law including corporate governance, enforcement of security, securities regulation, and corporate reorganization.°
