Jacob A. Schenk is a member of the Government Law & Policy Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Fort Lauderdale office. He assists clients with regulatory, legislative, and corporate matters, including issues related to insurance holding company systems and transactions involving regulated insurance businesses. His practice includes supporting clients with regulatory analysis, compliance considerations, regulatory filings and approvals, transactional support, and monitoring legislative and policy developments affecting insurance and financial services entities.

While earning his J.D., Jacob gained experience in legislative and transactional settings, including service as a Legislative Fellow with the Florida House of Representatives and in-house transactional experience in the insurance industry.
