Marije is an associate in the Corporate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. She focuses her practice on corporate law, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and venture capital.
Marije holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from the University of Groningen. She is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
