Stephen See is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Austin office. His practice is focused on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing transactions, and other general corporate matters. He has represented clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, energy, health care, and construction. Stephen has assisted clients with entity formation and credit facilities. He also has experience representing clients in cross-border transactions with parties located in Canada and Latin America.
Prior to his legal career, Stephen served in the U.S. Army. He has been involved in a variety of pro bono work to assist military veterans.
