Rob Vaught advises employers on a variety of employment law matters, including Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, wrongful discharge, bad faith, wage and hour, breach of contract, hiring and discipline issues. Rob also represents employers in related administrative and court proceedings. Rob also has significant experience counseling employers regarding trade secrets and restrictive covenants.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob served as associate general counsel for Arizona State University. He advised university administration on a wide range of faculty and staff employment issues, including hiring, termination, leave management, accommodations, promotion and tenure, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies. He also provided guidance on student misconduct, faculty grievance, academic integrity, and Title IX matters. In addition, Rob represented the university before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Education.
