Lin J. Wagner represents employers of all sizes in complex litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, with concentrated experience in the hospitality and health care industries. Lin defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower retaliation, disability accessibility, and wage and hour violations under various state and federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Florida Civil Rights Act, Florida Private Whistleblower Act, and Florida Minimum Wage Act.

Lin also works with employers on practical and strategic approaches to employee management, with the goal of minimizing risk so business operations continue uninterrupted and employer-employee relationships remain productive. She counsels clients through complex workplace issues, including performance management, leave and accommodation requests, terminations, reductions in force, separation negotiations, and internal and external investigations. Lin also assists employers in drafting employment agreements, separation and release agreements, workplace policies, and employment handbooks.
