Greenberg Traurig Advised PCF Group on the Acquisition of Incuvo S.A.

WARSAW, 20 December 2021 – Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel to PCF Group S.A. in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Incuvo S.A. from OÜ Blite Fund, an Estonian limited liability company.

Incuvo S.A. is a developer of games for virtual reality (VR) platforms and its shares are listed on NewConnect, the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The transaction was led by Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński and the team included Associates Grzegorz Socha and Michał Bałdowski. Partner Rafał Sieński supervised the team.

PCF Group is a dynamically growing video game developer specializing in shooter games, which cooperates with leading international game publishers. The games produced by People Can Fly include award-winning titles that have won recognition from players and media around the world, such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment as well as the shooter RPG game Outriders released in 2021.

In 2020 Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel to PCF Group in the initial public offering of shares in PCF Group and their admission to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
