Wallace serves as a trusted adviser to companies doing business with government — usually local government where real estate is part of the transaction. He serves as outside counsel to JCDecaux North America. He has advised Fetner Properties, Extell/Carlyle, Silverstein/El Ad, Columbia University, New York University and Fordham University on major real estate development projects. He has negotiated long-term municipal contracts for major government service providers including JCDecaux and Hornblower.

Mascialino focuses his practice on government contracts, government affairs, government investigations, government-related real estate matters, and administrative law.
