Greenberg Traurig’s Nate Emeritz Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel

Emeritz, a Corporate shareholder in the firm’s Delaware office, has been elected to the 2025 Class of Fellows of the American College of Governance Counsel (ACGC)This prestigious honor recognizes Emeritz’s leadership and excellence in the field of corporate governance law.

Emeritz is widely respected for advising public and private companies on complex governance matters, including board and committee structure, fiduciary duties, and regulatory compliance. His election reflects both his distinguished legal practice and his active involvement in shaping governance policy through publishing thought leadership and participating in organizations that help define best practices in corporate governance.

The ACGC is a professional, educational, and honorary association of distinguished corporate governance lawyers from the United States and Canada. Fellows are selected by invitation only, following a rigorous process that acknowledges significant contributions to the field. With the election of the 2025 class, the college’s membership is now just over 180 Fellows and Honorary Fellows, which includes the College’s Honorary Founding Co-Chairs, Martin Lipton, Ira M. Millstein, and E. Norman Veasey.
