MIAMI – Dec. 4, 2025 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP Senior Vice President and Chief Engagement, Culture and Opportunity (ECO) Officer Nikki Lewis Simon was elected to the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Foundation. Her three-year term started in November.
The ACC Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the Association of Corporate Counsel by delivering innovative educational programs, advancing pro bono initiatives, offering leadership and professional development opportunities, and sharing research that strengthens the global legal community. Through partnerships with corporations, law firms, legal service providers, and bar associations, the foundation supports thousands of in-house lawyers each year and fosters a culture of inclusion and connection across the legal profession.
“It is an honor to join the board of the ACC Foundation, which does incredible work supporting in-house counsel and helping them reach the next stage of their professional journey,” said Simon, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. “I deeply appreciate the opportunity to contribute at this level and look forward to working alongside such a dedicated and visionary group of leaders.”
Simon is a commercial litigator with more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex commercial and class action litigation. As Greenberg Traurig’s chief ECO officer, she designs and guides initiatives and programs to deepen firmwide inclusion efforts that further enrich client engagements and community investments. Her role is indicative of, and integral to, Greenberg Traurig’s core values of merit, collaboration, and inclusion — principles that inform the firm’s operations and legal business in meaningful, positive ways.
As part of the ACC Foundation Board of Directors, Simon will help shape the mission and programming of the organization, which includes a series of annual events such as the Global Women in Law & Leadership event held in New York City, the Care and Feeding Dinner held in Martha’s Vineyard, MA, and the annual Good Lawyers to Great Lawyers Retreat held in Carlsbad, CA.
“We’re excited to welcome Nikki to our Board of Directors. Her depth of legal experience, thoughtful leadership, and genuine spirit of support make her an extraordinary addition,” said ACC Foundation Executive Director Jennifer Chen. “Her voice and vision will be a tremendous asset to the Foundation.”
