GT Shareholder Steven M. Malina (CHI) will moderate a panel at the PLI's Internal Investigations 2022 event on October 12, 2022. Steve's session, "Commencing the Internal Investigation: Considerations at the Outset," will discuss how to identify labor and employment issues; craft an appropriate document preservation notice; manage costs of an investigation; spot and handle international issues, and determine when an investigation is warranted.
