The panel will address the challenges of protecting innovations in which AI assisted in the development process. The presentation will include the strategies of considering utility patents, design patents, copyrights, as well as trademark and trade dress protection that may help applicants create portfolios that will support long-term protection of an applicant’s intellectual property.
