2025 AILA Annual Conference on Immigration Law

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Dillon Colucci will be speaking on “Es and Ls: Options for Company Owners, Leaders, Specialists” during the 2025 American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) Annual Conference. The panel will take place on Friday, June 20 from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. This session will provide a brief overview of the L-1 and E-1/E-2 visa classifications and the nuances in filing petitions in each category. Panelists will also address necessary citizenship and qualifying organization requirements.
