IACCSE Workshop on Mergers and Acquisitions

Greenberg Traurig Immigration & Compliance Practice Co-Chair, Courtney B. Noce, will be speaking at the two-day M&A Workshop hosted by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACCSE). Courtney will deliver a presentation followed by a live, moderated Q&A discussing strategic approaches for European companies operating in the United States. The first day will take place in Miami on Wednesday, March 25, and the second day will take place in Atlanta on Thursday, March 26.
