After developing her career for nearly 21 years at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Anne E. Martinez has joined Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office as a shareholder.
Martinez focuses her practice on defending employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies nationwide. She also advises clients on workforce reductions, disciplinary actions and terminations, internal investigations, employment policies, and anti-harassment training. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
