BOSTON – Aug. 27, 2026 – Emily Ladd-Kravitz, co-chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will present on the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts (WBA) panel, “Beyond the Term Sheet: Paths Through Private Capital Law,” Sept. 9. Ladd-Kravitz and her fellow panelists will reflect on the decisions, opportunities, and challenges that shaped their careers. They will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how lawyers support investment platforms, guide complex transactions, and position themselves for advancement in a field that rewards both technical excellence and commercial judgment. The program is open to all.
Ladd-Kravitz focuses her legal practice on complex corporate transactions and representation of institutional investors across a variety of industries and private companies in all stages of their life cycles. She represents venture capital funds, private equity firms, other institutional investors, and companies in connection with a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and corporate governance matters.
