WARSAW – 23 October 2026 – Greenberg Traurig advised WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s. Spółka Akcyjna, Oddział w Polsce, Pekao Investment Banking S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. – Biuro Maklerskie Pekao and Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. in connection with the sale by Epicom Limited of shares in Digital Network S.A. through an accelerated bookbuilding process (ABB) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The ABB covered the sale by Epicom Limited of 901,765 shares, representing approx. 19.7% of the share capital and total number of votes at the general meeting of Digital Network S.A. The value of the shares sold in the ABB amounted to over PLN 261.5 million.
