Alexandra (Alex) Campbell-Diehl advises employers on labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation related to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and more, as well as workplace investigations and corporate transactions.

Her work focuses on traditional labor law issues, including employer rights and obligations related to unions, and other applicable laws, including advising on union organizing, collective bargaining, and labor law developments.

Alex has defended employers in attorney general investigations, state and federal litigation, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She also has investigated workplace misconduct claims, including reporting on findings and providing advice and counsel.
