Tarra Chen

Tarra Chen is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Tarra represents real estate institutions regarding the purchase, sale, and financing of various assets – including multifamily, retail, mixed-use, office properties and hospitality businesses. Tarra also focuses her practice on preferred equity financing of real estate portfolios, surveys and land use review, and review of ground leases and various types of property loans.
