Kristen M. Jacobsen is a practice group attorney in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. Kristen focuses her practice primarily on representation of debtors-in-possession, official and ad hoc committees, significant creditors, and secured lenders in complex Chapter 11 reorganization cases, Chapter 7 liquidations, and commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation matters. Prior to private practice, Kristen clerked for the Honorable Marcia A. Crone on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Her representations have ranged across a wide array of industries, including energy, oil and gas, retail, health care, and sports entertainment.
