Drew represents local, national, and international companies through all stages of the employment litigation process. He defends clients against a broad range of claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, misclassification, meal and rest period compliance, and related workplace issues.

Drew proactively counsels clients on compliance with California and federal employment laws, including workplace policies, employee handbooks, wage and hour practices, and employee relations issues. He works with clients across a range of industries to develop strategies to minimize employment-related risk before and after disputes arise.

Drew also assists with commercial litigation matters, including partnership and corporate governance disputes, breach of contract claims, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition claims, with a particular focus on matters that intersect with employment and workplace-related issues.
