Kristen Khair is an experienced labor and employment attorney focusing her practice on defending employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff suits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She also defends clients in complex wage and hour class, collective, and PAGA actions.

Kristen possesses experience across all phases of litigation, including but not limited to motion practice, mediation, depositions, discovery, pre-trial demands, and trial/arbitration hearing preparation in both state and federal courts. In addition to her litigation work, Kristen has advised employers on legal compliance, striving to ensure they meet all necessary state and federal requirements. She has also prepared various employment documents for clients, such as employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, meal break waivers, and workplace violence prevention plans.
