  • Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.
  • Participated in the work for Autotorino S.p.A. in connection with the acquisition of the entire share capital of Mercedes-Benz Warszawa.°
  • Supported lead transaction counsel in connection with the cross-border acquisition by Jenmar Holdings LLP, a portfolio company of FalconPoint Partners, of 100% of the shares in Weber Mining & Tunneling SAS and its subsidiaries, with respect to the Polish subsidiary.°
  • Participated in the work for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, acting for I Squared Capital Advisors (UK) LLP, in connection with the acquisition of Arriva plc and its subsidiaries, including its Polish subsidiary.
  • Participated in domestic and cross-border transactions for companies operating across a range of industries, including the energy, insurance and financial services sectors.°
  • Assisted in drafting transaction documentation, including shareholders’ agreements for startup investments.°
  • Participated in financing transactions involving portfolios of photovoltaic projects. °
  • Advised clients on corporate restructurings, including share redemptions and debt-to-equity conversions. °
  • Advised clients on corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and company liquidations.
  • Participated in numerous due diligence reviews for companies acquiring interests in Polish market-leading businesses.
  • Participated in advising and preparing documentation for Chinese and Japanese clients establishing operations in Poland.
  • Was part of the team advising a Chinese listed company on the acquisition of shares in the share capital of a Polish company, together with interests in its subsidiaries.
