Sara Salmeri focuses on employment law, assisting Italian and international companies and corporate groups in both judicial and non-judicial matters in connection with human resources management issues, including, among others, disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, employment settlements, employment and consultancy agreements, as well as due diligence activities.
She also provides assistance in employment litigation, through drafting of court pleadings and participation in hearings.
