She also advices on real estate components of corporate transactions with a focus on acquisitions involving the transfer of real property interests.

Korede’s background includes representing and advising multinational corporations on corporate restructuring, governance, foreign direct investments and regulatory compliance matters. She works with clients across pharmaceutical, oil and gas, telecommunications, finance and technology sectors on cross-border transactions.
