Julia Zybert is a member of the Competition Law Practice in the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office. She has experience representing clients in proceedings before the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, in particular in merger control matters.
She advises clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical, energy and financial services, both in their day-to-day commercial operations and on competition and consumer protection law matters.
Her experience also includes advising on due diligence projects and analyzing issues related to enterprise status, state aid and public procurement.
