Meet the Enforcers offers white collar practitioners the opportunity to meet the leaders of several enforcement agencies with offices in California. Panelists include the chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, the chief of the Corporate and Securities Fraud Section for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco, the associate director and co-head of Enforcement for the SEC’s Enforcement Division in Los Angeles, and the chief counsel for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (“PCAOB”) Division of Enforcement and Investigations.
