ReCon Berlin 2024

Greenberg Traurig is once again hosting the ReCon Berlin (Real Estate Conference Berlin) this year. After the summer break, this conference offers a premier platform for in-depth discussions about the future development of Berlin as a metropolis. Greenberg Traurig supports the conference of associations, think tanks, and networks in the real estate industry, including ZIA (Central Real Estate Committee), BFW (Berlin/Brandenburg Regional Association), VBKI (Association of Berlin Merchants and Industrialists), IMMOEBS, and ULI (Urban Land Institute). This year, we welcome experts and decision-makers from politics and the real estate sector. Among the speakers, we expect Berlin's Governing Mayor Kai Wegner, the urban planner Prof. Ricky Burdett from the London School of Economics as well as Ute Bonde, Berlin's Senator for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection, and Environment.
