WARSAW - November 4, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig is representing the private equity fund Innova Capital in the acquisition of a stake in Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne from its current owners. Innova Capital will also support Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne in the acquisition of the Dermika and Soraya brands from Orkla Group. The transaction is subject to approval by the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
