• Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in one of the largest real estate deals in recent South Florida history, the $342 million acquisition of six separate buildings on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road. Transaction involved negotiation of a new joint venture agreement with an institutional investor and obtaining financing from two institutional lenders as part of the acquisition of 113,790 square feet of street-level retail space along Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida.°
• Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in obtaining a term loan in an amount up to $25 million as part of the acquisition of an income producing mixed-use portfolio, consisting of eight separate buildings and containing 74,354 square feet of office and street-level retail space along Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, Florida.°
• Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in the $85 million sale of two adjacent multi-anchor retail centers, consisting of 85,000 square feet and 268,000 square feet respectively and located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.°
