Brandy Booth advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and sales. She works with institutional and private investment groups and with landlords across shopping centers, apartment communities, and office buildings. Her matters have ranged from small leases to acquisitions exceeding $30 million.
In purchase and sale work, Brandy negotiates agreements, reviews title and survey, structures entities for 1031 exchanges, and manages all phases of closing.
On the leasing side, Brandy represents landlords in negotiations with national and regional tenants, drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, work letters, compliance notices, and early termination agreements.
