Frank Brown is a member of the Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. He focuses his practice on public law and public finance, serving as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, lender’s counsel and disclosure counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions. He also serves as counsel for redevelopment authorities, municipal management districts, municipal utility districts, and improvement districts, advising on matters relating to economic development, governance, real estate and procurement.
