Sergio has a broad range of experience representing real estate developers, funds and investors, with the acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of retail, industrial and office projects.
Sergio represents real estate developers with secured financing transactions, including acquisition, refinance, mezzanine, construction loans, and loan modifications. His practice also includes representing clients with the purchase and sale of transferable development rights (TDRs), as well as representing both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leasing matters.
Sergio also represents institutional lenders in connection with secured financings. Such financings include acquisition, refinance, development, construction, revolving and permanent loans, letter of credit facilities, participations, modifications, and workouts covering fee and leasehold interests in industrial, commercial, hotel, multifamily residential, and condominium projects.
