Aaron R. Katz represents companies and private equity firms in connection with various corporate transactions as well as general corporate counseling and governance. He focuses his practice on representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures and financings involving companies across a variety of industries based throughout the world. Aaron’s global experience is emphasized by having worked with clients from around the globe, including Israel, the U.S., Asia and Europe. Moreover, he has broad experience in working both in Israeli and American environments, having spent more than two years at the GT Chicago office prior to his move to the GT Tel Aviv office in 2014.

- Advised Intercontinental Exchange Group on its $350 million acquisition of Super Derivatives, Inc.
- Represented Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in its cross-border M&A transactions.
- Represented Sea Dream Fisheries Ltd. in co acquisition of Bell Acquaculture LLC, a $150 million fish farming facility in Delaware County, Indiana.
- Represented Pitango, a leading Israeli venture capital funds in an investment in an Israel-based IOT startup Neura.
- Represent iintoo, a global social fundraising platform, in launching into the U.S. market by providing it with U.S. regulatory advice regarding U.S. securities laws and broker deal regulations.
- Represented a Japanese public technology company in the acquisition of an Israeli technology company for over $200 million dollars.
- Represented several major Israeli insurance companies and pension funds in real estate joint ventures and private equity investments in the United States.
- Advised the Delek Group with its $220 million sale of its U.S. property & casualty insurance business.
- Represented Brentwood Associates in its acquisition, and subsequent sale, of iconic American shoemaker Allen Edmonds Corporation.
- Represented Arlington Capital in its acquisition and subsequent sale of Micron Technologies, a leading global provider of particle size engineering technologies for bioavailability enhancement of pharmaceuticals.
