Joseph Marciano represents clients in complex commercial disputes, handling high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings for clients across financial services, real estate, construction, pharmaceutical, and various other business sectors. His practice spans the full lifecycle of commercial disputes – from pre-litigation negotiations and analysis to managing all aspects of discovery, taking depositions, leading a motion practice, and participating in evidentiary hearings.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph practiced at an international law firm where he played a key role in litigation matters involving claims ranging from $12 million to more than $300 million, giving him a practical understanding of the strategic and procedural demands of commercial disputes.

Before entering private practice, Joseph externed for Chief U.S. District Court Judge Renée Marie Bumb in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and interned at the Mediation Center in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He also gained in-house experience as a summer intern at the Office of the General Counsel at one of the world’s top financial services companies.

Joseph earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School - Camden. He is an active Philadelphia Diversity Law Group (PDLG) alumni, frequent panelist at PDLG-sponsored events, and engaged mentor for first-generation lawyers and law school students. Joseph earned his B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton.
